Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@moszk.nl . Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Bleriotlaan 3, 1185 HE Amstelveen, the Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.


14 days' reflection period
Orders can be cancelled or returned within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need receipts or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
